Ms. Peña is the founder of Peña Legacy Consulting, a law firm dedicated to providing affordable access to a lifetime relationship with a personal lawyer. Ms. Peña received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law and a B.A. from Cornell University. She brings unique experience and background to her cases having worked as a Special Investigator in New York City in cases involving vulnerable adults with disabilities. She has also investigated cases involving victims of child abuse, neglect, and human trafficking in Miami, Florida.
Currently, Ms. Peña is developing a federal practice in immigration law and a New Mexico-based practice that includes estate planning, kids protection planning, trusts, estates, probate, power of attorney, and medical power of attorney. Ms. Peña’s business practice includes working with start-ups to ensure continued growth throughout the life of the business.
