Stephanie is a trusted adviser and has built an industry‐ proven reputation for processing of high volume H1‐B and L1 petitions. She is also an active member of the New York Bar Association, the Georgia Bar and American Immigration Lawyers Association.
Before becoming an Immigration Attorney, Stephanie was enlisted in the U.S. Army for more than twelve years. She is known for her humanitarian work, and for extending her legal expertise to handling asylum and deportation cases. More than any of the above, Stephanie is most passionate about helping clients gain the liberty they need and deserve so they can pursue their own dreams.
Scarborough Law LLC was founded in 2012 by Stephanie Scarborough. Scarborough Law is a multidisciplinary practice born out of our founding partner’s frustrations with the delays and bureaucracy of traditional law firms. Scarborough Law, therefore, provides client-focused legal services aimed at recognizing the needs of our clients and delivering a superior personalized service.

Presently, we are admitted to practice law in Florida, Georgia and New York. Our practice in Florida is limited to immigration Law. In the states of Georgia and New York, we are also admitted to practice immigration law in addition to estate planning (will & trusts), and business practices. Scarborough has also, gone global, we’ve partnered with India, and established a processing center there that allows us to process cases even faster.
