During the sixteen years prior to forming CHEN Law, LLC in 2011, Karl L. Chen began his legal career at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Division of Corporation Finance, where he left in 1997 as an attorney-adviser in that division to join Nextel Communications, Inc. as its securities and finance counsel.
